Maria Campbell is the Managing Director of Virtual HRM. Formerly an International HR Director at Pivotal Corporation Ltd., Maria has gained over 15 years experience at both a national and international level through her involvement in businesses and projects in the IT and retail sectors.

Virtual HRM was established in 2003 and since then, Maria has worked with SME's and private clients on a variety of projects including business start-ups, Human Resources best practice and the benefits of legal compliancy to their organisations. She specialises in the areas of human resource strategy, organisational redesign, training and development, Compensation & Benefits and Performance management

Maria is a qualified HR executive and has a BA in Marketing and holds a post graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Fast Track Into IT (FIT) chairing the human resources and curriculum sub groups. She has lectured in Applied Human Resources at the National College of Ireland and is an active member of the CIPD.
