Phase 3 - Virtual HRM Professional Support & Maintenance
Virtual HRM can provide ongoing mentoring and support throughout the contract period to assist in day-to-day management of the Human Resources function.
For an annual fee Virtual HRM can provide the following:
- Access to a HR Specialist who provides professional HR advice and guidance in all HR related matters
- Provide updates on new and/or amended employment legislation that may be relevant to the clients business
